RETURNS & REFUND INFO/POLICY 

Want to return you’re order for exchange or store credit? All you need to do is give us a message!with your name & order number or use the contact form on our website.

NOTE all orders are only subject to exchange or store credit unless deemed faulty.
Returns are only accepted within 15 days of you receiving your order,the items must be..Returned in the same way the item was send.Must be unworn or show no signs of wear.For hygiene reasons we do not accept back swimwear, body suits or intimate items.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE RETURNS THAT WE DEEM DO NOT FIT THE REQUIREMENTS.(including makeup stains, perfume, body odour etc.

It can take up to 7 working days for us to process your return, once processed we can then begin the exchange process or alternatively send you your store credit.

If we have accepted a refund due to faulty item then refunds can take up to 7-20 working days to show clear in your account.
